My Turnaround Time (T.A.T) can vary from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the order, waiting list, corrections and other personal commitments.

Revisions and corrections are limited to 3 wips.

Once the sketches are done, no significant changes can be made (bug fixes from my side are free of charge).

Check the sketches and previews well: any major changes after each phase may have an additional cost.

Once the order is completed and successfully sent to your email, you will be responsible for saving and retaining your order.

I do not make changes once the final file is delivered, unless it is my mistake.

YCH base is made by me, please do NOT use/copy.

I reserve the right to display the commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless a confidentiality fee is paid.

The order will be considered confirmed upon full payment and will be added to my To-Do list.

I only accept payments through PayPal. You can also buy orders on my platforms Ko-Fi or VGEN.

A PayPal invoice will be sent to the customer after reaching an agreement with the artist (You have to provide your email).

I ask that all payments be made no later than 48 hours after the invoice is sent. If you need more time, you can ask for an extension before the due date.

If more money is sent than requested, it will be considered a tip (I am not responsible for that extra money paid).

For orders of 100 euros or more, partial payments can be made; a 50% deposit is required before work begins, and the remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery of the work.

Refunds will not be 100%, as platform fees, time invested, and work already completed will be deducted.

Before initiating a dispute or return, the customer must contact me directly to try to reach an agreement. Unjustified disputes may result in the cancellation of future orders.

It is recommended to review and consult the additional terms and conditions before making payment to avoid misunderstandings.

If the customer does not respond for more than 7 days, the order will be considered completed without the right to a refund.

As the artist, I retain all copyrights to the illustration.

All my commissions are for personal use, unless you indicate another use of the commission or if you pay for the extra use (Commercial A/B).

The customer may not redraw, excessively edit, or alter the work without prior permission, nor use it for other purposes (removing the watermark, changing colors, reducing the scale, etc.). Cropping or resizing for publication is permitted.

The customer may not use the product in any technology related to blockchain, including NFT, cryptocurrencies, train Artificial Intelligence (AI) models or for purposes related to machine learning technologies.

It is not allowed to use my artwork for political campaigns, hate content, offensive or discriminatory material.

If you are unsure which license you need, please ask before commissioning. Misuse of the artwork will require an upgrade fee.

Personal use: Non-profit use. The illustration is for private or recreational purposes.

Commercial use A: Moderate commercial or promotional use, without direct sale of the illustrated product.

Commercial use B: Uso comercial completo, con fines de lucro directo, venta o distribución.

The price may vary depending on the project.

In case of commercial use A/B, payment must always be made in advance. I do not accept any sales benefits in exchange for the illustration.

Final price may vary depending on the complexity of the request. The listed prices are base rates.

Extra/Alternative Versions are additional drawings with minor changes.

Custom Character includes creating a character from a written description or references when no design exists yet.

Complex Background includes full scenes, interiors, illustrated backgrounds with perspective, detailed nature or architecture. Price may vary depending on complexity, additional characters or lighting work.
