You can make any type of consultation, the important thing for me is to clarify your doubts and have a good communication.

The order will be considered for full payment (Or 50%) and will be added to my to-do list.

Respect the waiting times, large orders need more time, they can take between 7 days and 1 month maximum. Orders with a delivery date have an additional charge.

I reserve the right to refuse any order without any explanation or if the project and/or character is something I can't deliver well.

A limited amount of Wip's will be sent in the sketch and render phase.

After the sketch, no major changes can be made for free (My mistakes are free corrections).

You will have to provide me full character references.

At the end, your order will be sent to your email.

After finalizing the order and sending it through your mail correctly, you will be responsible for saving and keeping your commission. Please make sure to make a backup copy of your files.

If we find that our terms are violated, the one who committed the violation will be blacklisted, and won’t be transacted with in the future.

As the artist, I reserve all copyrights to the illustration.

Read the "Uses" to know what you can and cannot do with the artwork.

Regardless of the use, it is forbidden to modify the artwork to create or use it for something different (remove watermark, re-color, decal, etc).

Customer may not use the product in any blockchain related technology, including NFT, cryptocurrency, AI, etc.

You can pay in parts of 50% before sketch and the other 50% before delivery, only if the order is over €100EUR (Optional).

Prices are in EUROS (EUR), but I can quote you in DOLLARS(USD) if it is more convenient for you (The original price will not change).

Only PayPal is accepted as payment method. You can also buy commissions on my Ko-Fi or VGEN.

PayPal invoice will be sent to the customer after agreement with the artist. I will not transmit my PayPal email.

The commission will be canceled if the invoice is not paid within 48 hours without explanation. You will not be punished for this, you will simply no longer be part of that current commission batch!

If you send more money than requested, it will be taken as a tip, it does not mean I will do extra work (I am not responsible for that extra money paid).

Once the commission has started, there is no refund, avoid using personal situations to request a refund.

In case of refunds, please contact me to know the cause.

In case you request a refund, only 80% will be sent. If for any reason I cannot finish your commission, I will refund 100%.

Personal use: Keep it private, use it as a reference for your characters, upload it to social networks.

Commercial use A: Monetization of social networks (Twitch/Youtube/Patreon, etc.).

Commercial use B: Merchandising, Printing for sales or promotions.

The price varies depending on the project.

In case of Commercial Use A/B; Must always be paid in advance. I do not accept any sales benefit in exchange for the illustration.

Your Contact: Ex: Twitter, Gmail, Instagram, Discord. Email is required to deliver the commission in original quality.

Your PayPal email: Remember that I will send the invoice to your PayPal email for payment.

References: Clear and complete images (The more images, the better).

The price may increase depending on the order, what is shown are base prices.

The "Extra Versions." are the same drawing but with small changes, the more abrupt the change, the more the price can increase.

Text descriptions and images of clothing, hair and other references for creating a character from scratch will be charged as "Character Design".
